As you are responsible for the staff, you will have to display all your administrative skills trying to suit clients´ needs and send the right staff to the right room and not to mar hotel's reputation.
"Gala Hotel's" gameplay is amazingly easy - to play you simply click on the phone, answer and then move from left to right, finding the necessary room and defining the problem and send available staff there. On the right of the screen you have an indicator of your work productivity - if you are doing good - it's will be constantly growing up. All in all, the game is pretty interesting and even sometimes a little bit challenging.
